I want to tell you about my academic achievements and background. Will my name and story remain confidential?

Yes. We will never share your name or story with anyone without your permission. Everyone who registers or asks us to consider representing them will remain completely confidential.

How will a new lawsuit against UW-Madison be organized?

Just like the current lawsuits against Harvard and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, the plaintiff will be Students for Fair Admissions, not an individually named member.

How much will it cost to join in a future lawsuit?

Nothing. Students for Fair Admissions covers all legal expenses.

If I agree to participate in a lawsuit, what will be required of me?

Each case is different, so there can be no guarantees. In the Harvard and UNC lawsuits, however, none of the students’ names have been made public. In every similar case during the last 15 years or so, no student was required to appear or testify in any court.
