UWnotFair.com is an undertaking of Students for Fair Admissions. We are a non-profit membership organization made up of over 21,000 students, parents, and other individuals who believe that a student’s race or ethnicity should not be a factor in college admissions. Race should not be used to help your chances—or harm your chances—to gain admission to college.

Our organization filed two important and ongoing lawsuits in 2014: Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard and Students for Fair Admissions v. University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. You can learn more about our cases against Harvard and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and our other activities here.

Our mission is to challenge in the courts the unfair, unnecessary, and unconstitutional use of race and ethnicity in admissions by colleges and universities.

It is our belief that the University of Wisconsin-Madison is unconstitutionally discriminating on the basis of race in its admissions process. We seek to end this discrimination by challenging this process in the courts. Please visit studentsforfairadmissions.org to learn more about us or to contact us. We hope you’ll join!
